Guaranteed Calving Ease. We are serious about calving ease because we know it is important to you. Most of the bulls offered in this sale could be successfully used on first-calf heifers. We rate each bull for calving ease with 1 to 5 “stars”. Our 5-star bulls would be the absolute best, but those with “3” and “4” stars are also recommended for use on most first-calf heifers. Our 2-star bulls are breed average for calving ease. This is what most of our competitors are selling.
       We are so confident in the calving ease of our 5-star calving ease bulls that we are going to do something that is unheard of in this business. We are going to provide a one-year calving ease guarantee on all of our 5-star bulls. In other words, we are willing to put our money where our mouth is. For every calf you have to pull that was sired by one of our 5-star calving ease bulls we will pay you $25 — no questions asked. If a caesarean or other veterinary assistance is required, we will pay your vet bill. We want you to be able to look forward to your next calving season.
      This will require you to run our guaranteed calving ease bulls by themselves or only with other guaranteed calving ease bulls. They cannot be run with bulls that are not guaranteed for calving ease. You will also need to record which heifers were exposed to which bulls. We are willing to rely on your honesty.
      High-Altitude Guarantee. We always have considerable interest from producers who ranch in high altitude environments.Therefore, we are going to guarantee that our bulls will score 45 or lessa PAP test. If you purchase a PCC bull that scores higher than 45 on a PAP test, you can return the bull and replace him with another bull (if available) or receive a credit for the full purchase price.
       Repeat Buyer Discount. There is nothing more valuable to us than a happy customer who keeps coming back. This is our way of showing our appreciation. If you purchased a bull at either our 2007 spring or fall sale, you will receive a 5% Discount on all the bulls you purchase at this sale. If you are purchasing your first bull at this sale, you will qualify for a 5% discount at our next sale.

       Quantity Discounts. To make it easier for you to purchase all your bulls at one sale, we offer quantity discounts. If you purchase five or more bulls, we will give you a 5% Discount on all the bulls you purchase at this sale. If you purchase ten or more bulls, we will give you a 10% Discount on all the bulls you purchase at this sale. You cannot go together with others to receive this discount.

You cannot combine discounts to receive a higher discount.
       Announcements from the Auction Block, and supplemental information provided at the sale, will take precedence over the printed matter in this catalog.
