Yesterday, I had the pleasure of giving a PCC Ranch Tour to four people from Australia. Two came in from the south, and two came in from the north. We planned it so everyone would arrive at the same time – which allowed me to maximize the amount of time I could spend with them. It was a very enjoyable four hours.

Ever since Deanna and I spent three weeks in Australia with four speaking engagements last May, there has been a tremendous interest in PCC Genetics in Australia. We don’t have enough AI sires that qualify for export to keep up with the demand – but that will soon change. The beef industry in Australia, for the most part, has mimicked the beef industry in the US. Consequently, the status quo cattle in Australia have maintenance requirements that are much too high to fit the environment.
