Bull Workdays –
We will be working our bulls in late August in preparation for our three fall bull sales — and YOU ARE INVITED to join us. We will have one bull workday in Ohio on Saturday, August 20th. We have considered having a Herd Quitter meeting Friday night. We will have three workdays in Colorado beginning on Monday, August 22nd. We will have one bull workday in Nebraska on Tuesday, August 30th.
These workdays won’t be anything fancy. We just want to provide you with an opportunity to get a first-hand look at what goes on at Pharo Cattle Company. We want you to see our bulls and to see how we evaluate and score them for masculinity, fleshing ability, muscling, thickness, overall rating, disposition toe structure, hoof angle, hair coat, fly resistance and the presence or absence of preputial prolapse. We will also be weighing, measuring and ultrasounding the bulls. We will provide more details in future PCC Updates.
